Whys & Ahas
Privacy & cookies
This notice covers the WHYS & AHAS website. The website provides journal information, free downloads and a partnership enquiry form and a Love Journey launch waitlist, and links to Whop, Etsy and Gumroad for purchases.
Who is responsible?
The website operator and controller for enquiries sent to us is Style Communication Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, 9124 Gyömöre, Széchenyi utca 8., Hungary. For a privacy request, email hello@stylecommunication.hu. Our registration details are in the Legal notice.
Your journal answers
This website has no form for submitting journal answers. The free starter PDFs can be downloaded without providing an email address. Answers you type into a downloaded PDF are saved using your PDF app; this website does not receive them. If you choose a cloud-based PDF app or backup service, its own privacy settings and terms apply.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, the details you choose to share and our correspondence. We use this information to answer your question, provide requested support or deal with a complaint. Please share only what is needed to help you, and avoid sending sensitive journal entries.
Depending on the enquiry, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a purchase or support an existing contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), meet a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)), or pursue our legitimate interest in answering general enquiries and resolving issues (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing contact information is voluntary, but we need a way to reply if you want a response.
Correspondence may be handled by authorised staff and the service providers needed to deliver and store email. Retention depends on the time needed to resolve the enquiry, any continuing customer-support need, and applicable complaint, record-keeping or legal-claim requirements. Ask us for the retention information relevant to your particular enquiry.
Partnership enquiries
When you submit the collaboration form, we receive your name, email address, social profile or website link and message, plus your phone number and professional role if you provide them. We use these details to assess your proposal, contact you and discuss a potential collaboration. We do not subscribe you to marketing emails or publish your information.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to professional collaboration enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or steps you request before entering a contract where Article 6(1)(b) applies. Required fields allow us to understand your proposal and reply. Please do not include client information, health details or private journal answers.
Enquiries are stored using the website’s hosting database and are accessible through an inbox restricted to the site owner. We keep them while considering or discussing the proposal, and review closed enquiries for deletion when they are no longer needed. You may contact us to request deletion or object to processing. If a collaboration proceeds, necessary records may be retained for the relationship and applicable legal requirements.
To limit automated submissions, the form uses an empty spam-detection field and a short-lived request counter based on a changing hash of the network address. The website does not store the raw IP address in the enquiry or counter. Counter records expire after one hour and are cleared on subsequent submissions. The hosting platform may separately keep security logs.
Love Journey launch waitlist
If you ask us to email you when Love Journey launches, we store your email address, the time of signup, the consent wording version and a secure removal-link identifier in this website’s hosting database. We use these details only to manage your request and send the launch notification. Joining the waitlist does not create an app account, authorise a payment or subscribe you to a general newsletter. We do not collect journal answers through this form.
We process this request with your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it using the removal link shown after a new signup or by emailing hello@stylecommunication.hu. Withdrawing does not affect earlier lawful processing. Email addresses are not verified by a confirmation email at this stage.
The list is accessible only to the site owner and the hosting providers needed to operate it. Active requests expire after 180 days and are excluded from the notification export after that date; expired database rows are cleared on subsequent signups or exports. We delete fulfilled requests within 30 days after sending the launch notification. If you withdraw earlier, your active request is deleted. Exported copies must also be kept private and updated when requests are withdrawn.
The form uses an empty spam-detection field and an hourly request counter based on a changing hash of the network address. It does not store the raw IP address in the waitlist. Expired counters are cleared on subsequent submissions. Hosting security logs are separate.
Website delivery and browser storage
Our website uses a session-only browser preference to remember that you have already seen the free-sample invitation, so it is not repeatedly shown as you leave a page. It contains no name, email address or journal answer, is not sent to our server by the website, and normally clears when the tab’s browsing session ends.
We have not added advertising pixels, audience profiling, visitor analytics or a general newsletter signup to this version of the website. The hosting platform may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details and request logs, and use storage required for site delivery, security or access controls. This is separate from the free-sample preference.
The site is delivered through ChatGPT Sites. See the hosting contact in our Legal notice and OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for its platform processing, retention and international-transfer information. Technical data needed to deliver and protect the site is used for the legitimate interest of operating a secure, functioning website.
Purchasing on Whop, Etsy or Gumroad
When you follow a purchase link, you leave this website for the selected marketplace. Please read Whop’s Privacy Policy, Etsy’s Privacy Policy or Gumroad’s Privacy Policy for information about their checkout, payment and account data. As the seller, we may receive the order and contact details the selected marketplace makes available for delivering purchases and providing support. We use them for those purposes and any applicable legal record-keeping obligations. This website does not collect your card details.
Your choices and rights
Subject to the conditions in data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Send requests to hello@stylecommunication.hu. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority or Hungary’s National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9 - 11., Hungary; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes, including if we add email signup, analytics or checkout on this website.
